They accepted our counter offer.  Inspection is scheduled for today.  fingers crossed.

On the market for 4.5 days and got another full price offer.  Hope this one sticks.  fingers crossed.

back on the market

Well, the basement is now waterproofed.  They did a very good job.  We went through it with the realtor and decided that we should not try to finish the basement, but to leave it as it is so that buyers can see what was done to waterproof it.  That makes it easier.  today I cleaned out the toilets and sept the floor.  Tomorrow we sign off on the waterproofing and the house goes back on the market.  Fingers crossed.
